Episode 30 - Philip Gill didn't just grow up around Sir Grout. He grew up inside it. His father founded the brand in 2004 after an accidental discovery with a steam cleaner. Philip watched it evolve from a neighborhood service to a franchising operation expanding across the country. He took a different path first, studying finance at the University of Georgia and building a career in real estate fund administration. Then COVID changed everything. He found his way into franchising, eventually bought his own Sir Grout location, ran it, sold it, and now leads the brand as its Brand Leader.
